Aerial Photography Showcasing a New Coastal Community
PhotoFlight Aerial Media was hired to capture the expansive waterfront layout of Waterway, which is a new master-planned coastal community being developed by East West Partners in Southport, North Carolina. Our drone videography services were employed to provide an aerial perspective of the community as a part of our drone photography services in North Carolina.
The Waterway community brings together plans for a variety of residences including a private marina, recreational amenities and connections to nearby downtown Southport.
For a development where the coastal surroundings are a significant part of the appeal, the aerial imagery helped introduce prospective investors to the community before they visit in person.
Our Role in the Project
Our role was to photograph and film the community from above while capturing both its scale and the beautiful scenery that gives the location its special character and appeal. We developed sweeping cinematic footage and aerial stills to show the relationship between the development site, its waterfront and the surrounding landscape. The main objective was to give viewers a clear sense of place.
Alongside the community’s site-plans and architectural renderings, the footage of the actual property will help prospective buyers and investors see clearly how the development is taking shape and appreciate its coastal setting.
